Why isn't Lavon Carter charged on a 2 year old case.
Sure she MIGHT bring charges at a later date. Nothing like letting witnesses and victims drift away so they are harder to track down.
Goes right in hand with the Crown Center shootings where Mean Jean wasn't going to charge ANY of those involved but the Union Station shootings kind of forced her hand to show a tough front.
