It will only make him stronger if it happens. But I don't think he is found guilty. There is some possible evidence of state crimes, but the statute of limitations had run on those. The entire case was built on the ability to demonstrate cascading crimes that led to the felony, and they have not even fully explained that crime much less proved it.
