The Police have been given carte blanche on what they can do. I know of a case in Florida involving civil suite for illegal arrest that leads to the governor. It has to do with DeSantis removing prosecutors and giving them incentives to increase arrest for Fentanyl. It seems that the Fentanyl arrest have increased drmatically in Florida but they are not being convicted because of failed toxology reports. They are arressting people for anything and saying fentanyl.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
