That’s for sure a factor, but I also think that coaches were learning that lesson on the fly during the transfer portal launch.

It has been an issue all around the country. It may be going forward, but it also may be something that a lot of coaches realized after mistakes and focus on when blending players together.

I don’t think coach Gates is an idiot. He sees what we all see. he sat through hundreds of hours of practices and games last year with a group that didn’t gel. I assume he will spend his energy on that going forward. I’m certain he doesn’t want to relive last season again.
