to this kid or his family that would "make them rich". That's lawfare, not justice.

The only reason hokie wants the family to get rich is because he is politically-inclined in their favor here. Political-based lawsuits are lawfare, not justice.

Everyone that is contra to me in this thread seems to think that I said they shouldn't bring a lawsuit at all.
