the prosecution hoped to present was compromised and will likely be ruled inadmissible. According to the prosecutions, investigators and/or prosecutors failed to maintain chain of custody and they tainted the documents confiscated in the ML raid. They shot themselves in the foot.
Even more troubling, though not a part of this incident was the fact that the Biden regime delivered pallets of documents seeded with classified documents to Trump's ML home shortly before the FBI raid. Trump and his associates never even opened the boxes and they were stacked in a ML storeroom in the condition in which they were received.
