bill clinton was president that libido had nothing to do with his ability to run the country.
A liberal reporter offered a BJ as thanx for his position on abortion.
We were told that men of great intellect and power also had great sexual needs/desires.
I believe the term "compartmentalize" gained currency during his administration.
