we have no idea if he actually has a plan that will work. One thing we know for sure however, is that the Biden administration has absolutely no plan. His complete lack of interest in playing any role whatsoever in ending the war should tell us he wants it to go on and on and on, while continuing to give away billions of unaccountable US dollars.
