I found the fix for cloudy headlight lenses.....

Other than getting new ones from Rock Auto.

Tried WD-40 and it worked for a while but they would quickly cloud again.

Tried Turtle Wax...better, but they were still yellowed and clouded over again.

Just found a bottle of chrome bumper cleaner and polish on the back of the shelf in the garage. A little grittier. Wiped it on liberally and let it dry. Buffed it off with a paper towel and the yellowing lifted from the surface. I could see my handprint in the paper towel where I'd polished the lens. And it came out crystal clear when I was done.
