republicans, correctly, is that they can comfortably believe two opposite things at the same time.

One of the reasons they believe the trump's trial in regards to his altered business records crimes is bogus is that the Biden DOJ passed on indicting him of those obvious crimes.

The same Biden that directed Bragg to indict the trump on his obvious crimes, that Hope Hicks just greatly helped spell out.
