I haven't read it, don't know what's in it, haven't heard it talked about very much. But it seems like this is going to be an overreaction to the ashtrays of the world and have speech codes to keep people from saying what they really think, lest they be in violation of the law.
The first amendment protects freedom of speech, especially unpopular speech. What will this do that isn't already codified?
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, or God forbid, discuss this, but I am concerned that we're going to over legislate, so Congress can pretend that they're doing something.
