if college football and forming their own super conference or league? Sure seems that way.
Form the league with those two conferences, and then pick and choose the schools you want from the PAC, Big 12, and ACC.
Whoever doesn’t make the cut is sh*t out of luck and is stuck playing in a lesser league.
