and making your point, as Gandhi said when he was before a judge in (I think) South Africa, he pretty much said if you truly believe that what I (Gandhi) did was wrong, you have to punish me to the full extent of the law. I imagine that includes the manner of arrest as well.

and if you aren't prepared to endure either, you shouldn't be protesting
