bought a sh*tty house for 60K,,,,,needed a LOT of work, youtubed and explored how to do a lot of the work to fix it up by himself (dad is a really smart dude-engineer from MO Rolla who helped too) ,,,kid is smart too...got everything done---i took a tour the other day---looks great for a two bedroom one bath ranch....but appraised for $205,000..........not bad for a small town redo
