towards the $800m renovations - with 500m from the sales tax.

This one says 1b to royals & 500m to Chiefs:

I'm calling BS on everything that you posted. But this is a big issue - there was no clear messaging. And the Chiefs would have wanted a new stadium at some point down the road.
