to pay players has had such an impact despite everyone being able to do it.

It makes me wonder how many NCs we could have had if we had brought this money to bear when it was illegal like oklahoma did.

Clearly we have the money and the donor willingness to spend but we chose to play by the rules. Had we gone about it the oklahoma way we very well might have been a blue blood.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
