Perhaps, that is where you should start your education. Russia hasn't threatened to invade Poland or the Baltic States. The claim that Russia will roll through the Ukraine and then set its sights on conquering Eastern Europe is a canard the U.S. and GB throws out routinely.
They find it a useful tool to frighten Nato subordinates. I was going to add that Biden well knows that, but I am doubtful he knows much of anything at all. The roots of the Ukrainian civil war date back at least to 2010, but it got off to a hot start in 2014 with the CIA backed coup or overthrow of the Kiev government, aka the 'Maidan Color Revolution'. The ethnic Russian Donbas republics revolted and declared independence and a civil war erupted. That was a good eight years before Russia invaded.
