Just like any male basketball player, she's not going to dominate any level of basketball in which the other players are some combination of stronger, quicker and taller than her. Skill can make up for some shortcomings, but it's difficult to overcome strong, fast and tall in the game of basketball.

If she were playing with other men/boys (i.e., if she were on a boys' high school basketball team), then my estimation is that she could be a very effective player. But not dominant.
