hype man not a coach. He can get some recruits by being a hype man but if he doesn't have the assistant talent to actually coach the players it will get ugly to the point players will stop falling for the hype.

He brought in some good assistants but he lost some after the season. I think they didn't like the soap opera that Deion is.
