Player development is still critical

It’s just different than it used to be. Under the current rules I don’t think you will see many players like Kobe that stay at a school and develop there over 4 years. I think the Bates path of development will become more common. Where the development process is spread out across 2-3 schools over a players 4 or 5 year college career.
