there are any more surprises coming in this case. I still think it comes down to a reckless driving accident and he will get a minor suspension and fine.

On a scale of 1-10 this was about a 4. If the NFL hammers him for this it does not leave them much room for the next guy who does something much more serious.

I know I will hear 'but he was charged with eight felonies, that's not minor', we all know that ultimately he will not be facing eight felonies. He was massively overcharged here because the local authorities were feeling pressure due to this hitting the national media cycle.
