Take the gas tank feed tube off the carburetor. You may have to take off the air filter to get to it but many times you don't
Spray this down inside the carb

Then take your air pump for filling up bike tires and hold it tight to that gas inlet to the carb and pump it a few times
It will break the jam and you will hear air flow.
Then spray it two more times and follow it with the pump each time
Hook up your gas inlet hose after draining any bad gas and it will start first pull.
If it doesn't you have a full-bowl and need to empty that but that is just one screw.
