Bragg charged trump with falsifying business records (a state crime) to violate a federal campaign finance law (a federal crime that the feds declined to prosecute).

To say this case is on shaky legal grounds is a gross understatement.

I have no doubt if it gets to a jury the obviousl biased pool can convict him, but I would not be a bit surprised for the whole thing to be thrown out on appeal.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
