Well that is a isolationist position and a poor one to take. I would love to just close the Borders and Mind our Own business but that is impossible in a modern techno civilization.

Being Pro-active is a must in a lot of cases. It is madding that is the way things are but that is the reality of the World we live in.

Peace is the anomaly in all of non-recorded and recorded history. We are a Violent and Destructive Species and that is hardwired into our DNA as a survival instinct.
