Perhaps they are being very selective in who will be hired?

It does seem that they did pretty well in forcing the issue on bringing in Coach Drinkwitz.
If the reason that DRF quit because she didn't want to give him a raise, or wanted a much smaller one, then perhaps it is good that they insisted upon it, even if it ticked her off and sent her looking for a different job.
But it seems that we are not privvy to what is going on behind the scenes and are pretty much just guessing. I doubt any of us has enough info to know whether this is a big problem, or whether we dodged a bullet and are in good shape.
fwiw, what happened in the past doesn't mean that this board is good or bad.
In any event, perhaps things have been dysfunctional in the past, but when the chips were really down the Curators or whoever stepped up and pulled us out of the floundering Big 12 and got us into the best conference in the nation, and I am very grateful for that.
