There are 3 parts to get draft picks

1. Get a super elite talent and just don't F it up
2. Get very good talent, and develop and let them shine
3. Find the 2-3* potential, and put together a great development plan, and everyone can ask where did he come from

I think Pinkel excelled on the first part, especially on the defensive side.

Odom did a bit of both, but probably lacked the experience as head coach or just getting enough of them.

Drink seems to want to take the first approach, and NIL is now allowing him to do that easier. He also had the same coaching issues as Odom, but has gone out and found quality assistants to help with that.

I know not your reason for putting this together directly, but the need for Tigerboard to have to tear one down to make the others look better is just dumb. We can all enjoy what each one has brought, and how Drink seems to be capitalizing on the moment, but a big if on ...can he sustain that on the field
