When Zo took over. He recruited Mallett and Creekmore who were all conference players. Richardson was his best recruit while there, but he took him to Tennessee with him.

If he recruits at that level people in Springfield will like him. If not he will be out in 3-4 years. I thought they should have hired McCollum.
