difference is that great teams/coaches take advantage of luck. Many get a last second shot, a kicked ball, or a fifth down to help them win and many many others get those moments of luck and still blow it.

I'm not say NC state is a championship team(yet) but they are doing what they need to do and taking advantage of the luck that comes their way.
