In theory of course no govt ever values "property rights".

In reality, without any enforcement mechanism squatter's just move in and stay unless you can find enough firepower to toss them off the place. Which, will cause heavy damage to your property with no way to get it back.

Unless natural rights will allow the death penalty for anyone caught squatting. Lol, but who then determines if the people were squatting? I'll just shoot you and claim you were squatting meat.

It's a classic you wish to preach ivory tower philosophy, when most us focus on the reality we live in.
