Coach A:
• Coached an FBS school to its best season of all-time (by a significant margin).
• Top 20 finish in the national rankings.

Coach B:
• Coached at an obscure school for 3 seasons, only made the NCAAT once (in year 2; regressed in year 3).
• His best team during that tenure was ranked #169 in the nation. His final team (when we hired him) was ranked #197.
• His best team only had 20 wins, compared to previous coaches who had better records (21, 21, 22, 26, 27 wins) at that same program, over the previous 15 seasons.
