When you import people from a given country, it makes the receiving country more like the country they're immigrating from.

Does the US want to be more like a first-world country, or a third-world country?

And before you claim that's "rAciSt"... the same logic applies to first-world countries like Japan.

I'm all for selective "brain drain" immigration from the best countries... whatever makes America stronger. It has nothing to do with race or skin color.
