He quoted Katanji as saying to the solicitor general from Louisiana, "you've got the first amendment hamstringing the federal government".

Jordan just laughed and said that's what the first amendment is supposed to do.

It's OK though, Katanji is black. It's not important that she know what a woman is, or what the first amendment is there for.
