MU bench. I could tell early on after the injuries that this team was not going to be good. I thought we might get 10 wins if we were lucky. 12 wins would be a miracle. We severely lacked talent. We had multiple guys that did not want to or should not have the ball trying to score. We also sucked at defense and rebounding.
Some of you are starting to come around to the idea that unless we want to have to fire Gates at the end of next year, we need to get the NIL money ready to score big in the portal. We need 3 or 4 very good players from the portal. None of the players on the court last night except Bates should even be a consideration for starting next year. They are NOT good enough to compete in the SEC. I hope the freshmen class improves over the summer but we can't be certain of that. When you sit close to the floor and the bench, you can tell.
