You don't have to prove actual bias, just the appearance.

The sad reality is that this fulton case is a huge political hatchet job. Fani paid her boy toy, thinking her approval from whitehouse gave her a pass.

My bet is biden and gang promised fani either a senate seat, or gov of georgia backing with a trump conviction.

Thrown in she designed the case based on an illegal wiretap, all of her evidence would normally get thrown out.
