When you have wholesale transfers out because you are bringing in better players like Morris (from Texas) you better hope they work out because there's no back up plan at that point.

In their case, they also lost that high rated recruit to Gonzaga just as the school year was starting and then he decided he didn't like Gonzaga either. Kind of a double whammy.
