These are his players and they are executing his game plan. He is responsible for recruiting them and coaching them up. The end result is they've lost every single conference game, 18 games in a row! This is an embarrassing disaster of a program. I hate to see a guy fired after just two years, but Gates is in way over his head. He didn't deserve this job when he was hired and there is no evidence out on the court that he will earn it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
