Pity. We once could rely on the SCOTUS for basically doing the right thing. Not again in our lifetime. Their addition of the word "alleged" in a description of potus action cooks the whole thing. This makes it possible for a potus to ALLEGE any specific act he takes is an "official act" and would require a court ruling on every single action seen as a crime. Trump says it is impossible to serve as potus without committing crimes. No president in our history ever considered that. It is ludicrous and the fixed court says 'hey, hey, let's take a look at that in 2 months. Jack Smith asked the court to rule on this in December.
