to barely trigger the auto-extension (e.g. 20 to 24 wins per season with early exits in the tourney)... then (1) it would be really bad ROI on the ramped up "NIL" spending, and (2) it would maintain the ~$20M buyout in perpetuity through the automatic extensions.
