Oh I'm quite aware of that as a general statement. Although Warren Buffett's BRK is holding about 20% cash right now, over $185 billion. He's pretty smart.

And if Trump were smart, which he isn't, he's have been accumulating cash over the past year in anticipation of this possibility--selling a few properties, etc.. But apparently he didn't.
