Did it occur to you that people change doses from time to time?

20 mg & less is a relatively moderate dose.

A lot of people in my profession (who work long hours) take it for the same reason people drink coffee.

Some people don't respond to it well. Some people abuse it. And some people can take it sustainably without a problem.
