she ****ed something up pretty big and it required the formation of the oversight committee. she knew she ****ed up big and started looking for an exit. any exit. the only viable option was arizona so she took it to avoid whatever ramifications were on their way.

the timing of her departure so quickly after the oversight committee was announced tells me she was already shopping and looking to get out of dodge. ADs don't just up and leave for a new job in 1 week. her move was at least a month in the making.
