Letitia James runs for office on a promise she will go after Trump (for something).
The Judge admits there was no victim in the alleged "fraud", which was comprised of common commercial loan business practice on the part of Trump, which included bankers reliance on their own valuation of collateral and their being paid back by Trump in full.
The Judge fines Trump nearly a half-billion dollars for this victimless "crime" and arbitrary finding of "fraud".
The Judge requires the fine to be paid in full before Trump can appeal the case, which is almost certainly going to get overturned.
Then the NY Governor announces this was a "one off" prosecution, no other real estate developers doing the same thing have anything to worry about.
Any fair-minded person can see this has everything to do with politics and NOTHING to do with justice.
