I think extending the football coach turned out to be the right move. Not sure all AD's would have done that when she did.

It seems like she is really trying to increase fan experience and interest in the programs.

Sure, other AD's could have done these things but would they? I don't know.

I think compared to previous two, she was definitely much better in my opinion.
