AD experience. Yes it was at UNLV, a usual death-blow for coaches, but with that said, why did we feel the need to look at an AD at UNLV in the first place? Would wager good money if it was a white dude at UNLV with (2) mediocre hires under his belt there, we wouldn't have given him an interview.
