You really never needed to block out. So it's going to be a skill he has to learn.
He tries to rely on his height which works against smaller opponents but he's been outclassed against P5 teams this season. Last night I noticed he was able to get a few rebounds while out of position and even a couple of put backs but often resorted to trying to swat the rebound into the backcourt.
