Surrounding an attempt to send arms to Syrian rebels that turned out to be ISIS and with arms winding up in the hands of Afghanistan opposition that down American aircraft, four Americans died because Mr. Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton refused to send help for fear of acknowledging what was really going on. They then lied about the cause of the attack for weeks afterward.
