Message boards have become little more than a means to express anger about things you don’t like.
Someone will still complaint about not winning enough, or not winning in the right way. Taking too many threes, or not enough threes. Too much standing around or too much movement with no purpose. A coach that’s too calm or too angry.
There’s always something to find if you want and always someone unhappy enough to tell everyone else about it.
Happy customers rarely take the time to tell you. Unhappy ones do.
