Based on what we know of the case, and the very limited ruling, there are conservative rationales for either standing by the lower court ruling or doing what the 5 Justices did. As the case plays out, and questions become more defined, it will flesh out the issues at hand and give a greater glimpse into the mindset of the Justices.
