Second and probably more important, this is designed to plant seeds of doubt in the minds of low information independents. How many voters who don't really care about either candidate will only remember that Trump was constantly in the headlines because of ongoing court cases. Innocent people do not spend months in court fighting lawsuit after lawsuit, right?
