1. Can succeed in today's college football landscape
2. Bama ANDOR SEC ties
3. Ego big enough to follow in Saban's footsteps and not be afraid of failing and enormous expectations

Dabo is out due to 1 and 3. His program has been nowhere near what it was in the NIL/transfer era.

Lanning says he's out

Sark is interesting but is that a lateral move?

Kiffin is the guy IMO. If it's not him I'll be pretty surprised.
